DDFE Beginner Fitness Group Sessions is a program designed for men or women who are in the beginning stages of Health & Fitness. I'll take on 10 persons (all beginners) each session to teach the progressive steps of various exercises as well as the basic knowledge of getting started with your journey into a healthier lifestyle to reach the fitness goals you desire. There will be challenges and tests thru out the course of the program and prizes will be awarded to individual's based on their progress. To participate in this class individuals must fit in the criteria stated below:
Has little to NO experience in health & fitness but is definitely SERIOUS about making changes in themselves
Willing to LEARN the fundamentals of BASIC Calisthenics and Light Resistance training exercises
Wants to DEVELOP consistency in following and maintaining good eating habits
Doesn't mind working in a group environment
Can attend evening training sessions (Monday-Friday 5-5:45pm)
TERMS & CONDITIONS Purchase of a DDFE Beginner Fitness package followed by registration is needed to attend classes. Select the desired days after purchase. Sessions will be held Mon-Fri 5-5:45. Monday: Cardio and core exercises | Tuesday and Thursday: Leg exercises (lower body variations) | Wednesday and Friday: Upper body exercises (pushing and pulling variations) Please select and register for sessions of your choice.
